Cookies

This site sets no cookie and uses no local storage. The station, the day and the planner settings you choose live only in the page you are looking at.

Why there is no banner

A consent banner is needed when a site stores or reads something on your device that is not strictly necessary. Nothing of the kind happens here. The stability monitoring with Microsoft Clarity described in the privacy policy runs in a cookie-free mode.

Check it yourself

Open the developer tools of your browser (F12 on most computers), then the Application or Storage tab: under Cookies and Local Storage for this site, nothing appears while you use the tide chart. In the Network tab, choosing another station loads only that station's prediction file from this site.

More in the privacy policy. Updated: 2026-10-13.

Predictions, not measurements: the times and heights are NOAA’s astronomical tide for the station named on the page. An onshore wind, a storm surge or a river in flood can raise the water well above them, and an offshore wind can hold it down. Never use this page to navigate.
